Scope of Work

Earthworks

General and bulk earthworks, watercourse maintenance, recycling, specialist treatments, disposal of unsuitable material, importation of fill and temporary support systems.

Drainage

All types of foul and surface water sewerage systems including replacement,
refurbishment, repair and renovations. This includes relining, culverts, storage systems, attenuation tanks, “no dig” techniques and pumping mains.

Roadworks

Our workforce are qualified to the relevant New Roads & Street Works Act 1991. We are able to carry out full infrastructure works for domestic and commercial developments. These works also include new construction, renewal, street alteration and maintenance, thermoplastic markings, services, signage, street furniture and associated traffic management systems.

Car Parks

We offer complete car parking packages from design to handover incorporating all CDM regulations and Environmental issues. We address the client’s needs for car parking density, traffic flow, cycle and bus lanes, provision for disabled parking, appropriate access routes and the ongoing management and maintenance of the work.

Hard and Soft Landscaping

The laying of all types of paving including reclaimed material, block, modular and permeable paving, playground equipment, furniture and features, with a full range of soft landscaping, including trees, shrubs etc, dependant on the clients requirements, with aftercare and future maintenance programmes.

Reinforced Concrete Structures

All types of foundations, industrial bases, bridges and structures.

Sewage Treatment Plants

Providing and commissioning sewage treatment works with associated pipe-work, including pumping mains, reinforced concrete structures and abandonment of any existing redundant plant.

Land Drainage Schemes

The re-routing of watercourses in order to alleviate possible flooding, forming of balancing ponds and lakes including associated structures, cleaning of watercourses, de-silting and river bank restoration.

Industrial Buildings

We offer a complete service from the sourcing of a site to turn-key, including all external works, internal fitting out, mechanical and electrical installation. Our design team will accommodate clients’ needs to provide the appropriate working business environment to the relevant BREEAM ratings.

Residential Developments

Provision of infrastructure works from site clearance to adoption. Residential development from design through to completion including NHBC warranty.

Piling and Ground Treatment

A variety of bored, driven and steel sheet piling. Appropriate ground treatment, including grouting, lime stabilisation, dynamic compaction, vibro-compactions and anchorage systems.

Retaining Walls

Construction of all types of retaining wall structures utilising brickwork, block-work, stone, reinforced concrete, crib-lock, gabion, porcupine walls, etc.

Demolition

Experienced in all aspects of demolition and associated recycling, both domestic and commercial, including the treatment and management of specific hazards such as asbestos and working at heights.

Land Reclamation

The restoration and reclamation of unstable, contaminated and derelict sites including site clearance.

Bridges

The construction and renovation of road and foot bridges.

Railway Works

Trackside paving, drainage and foundations.
